We are a highly specialized pediatric clinic utilizing Ayres Sensory Integration® and other traditional occupational therapy interventions. The LaunchPad has served the South Orange County communities since 2007 and is known for the excellent outcomes achieved.

We are highly skilled and trained therapists, passionately committed to launching young astronauts into their mission of becoming a valued playmate, family member, and thriving student.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Pediactric Occupational Therapist licensed in the state of California who:

  • Thrives on making a difference in other’s lives

  • Is passionate about pediatric occupational therapy

  • Communicates boldly and responsibly in order to achieve team outcomes

  • Is committed to and demonstrates a history of excellence

  • Enjoys thinking “outside the box” and delivering care in a creative and engaging manner

  • Enjoys being a part of an upbeat, dynamic, and results-oriented team

  • Desires to achieve CLASI certification in Ayres Sensory Integration®

We offer mentoring in ASI and support toward CLASI certification in Aryres Sensory Integration®. We also offer other continuing education opportunities as well as a highly competitive benefits package.

At the Launchpad we value you and your contribution. Therapists are paid the same hourly rate for treating and documentation, regardless of cancelations.
